Why does changing the display size in Vista (explorer) turn my photos black and white and grainy looking?
I usually use explorer to look at my pics that are on my drive already. Since I had to get a new computer and got Vista, whenever I click on the magnifying glass the pic changes to black and white with a lot of lines in it. Why is it doing this?
Yes, the image does distort when you change the size, but this turns it black and white with tons of lines through it. I have never had that happen on any of my other computers.
Changing your display is likely going to create this situation regardless of what explorer you use, not only Vista. Distortion, grainy affects, etc. are typical when you change the parameters of size, pixels, and displays. I am just starting to use Vista myself, but this is not Vista unique.
